Get up and running fast

Everything you need to know — all in one place.

Getting Started with FireStation

Set up your account, create your first organization, and explore the dashboard in under 20 minutes.

1

Create your account

Sign up at fireballserver.com. No credit card required. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your workspace.

2

Create an organization

Inside FireStation, click "New Organization". Choose Studio or Operator, fill in your details, and invite your first team members with predefined roles.

3

Explore the dashboard

The smart dashboard proactively surfaces what needs your attention — notifications, health checks, and quick links to your most-used tools are all front and center.

4

Complete the Getting Started wizard

Follow the step-by-step wizard to deploy your first game environment, configure an integration, and run your first report. The whole process takes under 20 minutes.

Managing Users & Roles

Invite team members, assign predefined roles, and configure granular permissions for studios and operators.

1

Understand the role system

Fireball uses predefined roles — Studio Owner, Studio Developer, Operator Admin, and Operator Viewer. Each role carries a specific permission set designed for real iGaming workflows.

2

Invite a team member

Go to Organization → Users → Invite. Enter the email address and select a role. The invitee receives an email and joins your workspace with the correct permissions automatically.

3

Customize permissions

For advanced setups, roles can be extended with granular permission overrides per resource type — games, reports, integrations, and billing are all independently controllable.

4

Audit your team

The Users panel shows login history, active sessions, and permission levels at a glance. Remove or downgrade users at any time with instant effect.

Deploying Your First Game

Step-by-step walkthrough for pushing game logic from staging to production with zero downtime.

1

Upload your game bundle

In FireStation, navigate to Games → New Game. Upload your compiled game bundle (any language supported by FireWorks) and fill in the game metadata — name, category, and RTP configuration.

2

Test in staging

Every game automatically gets a staging environment. Paste the staging URL into any operator sandbox to verify game flow, win logic, and integration behavior before touching production.

3

Deploy to production

When your staging tests pass, click "Promote to Production". Fireball uses a blue-green deployment strategy — the new version goes live with zero player interruption.

4

Monitor live performance

After going live, the dashboard shows real-time round counts, error rates, and latency. Set up alert thresholds so you are notified before issues affect players.
